New SLAPP suit against ReAct Transnational, we need you !
We need your help to fight a frivolous ‘gag’ lawsuit that the multinational Les Vergers du Sud company has brought against ReAct Transnational. Please consider contributing to help us cover our legal costs in this citizens’ fight against agribusiness toxic practices
Supporting trade union renewal
Multinational investors go global to achieve impunity from regulations and law. To force them to comply, unions need transnational strength. The mission of ReAct Transnational is to enable labor to make billionaires and their corporate businesses responsible, worldwide.
The Global Labour Institute
ReAct Transnational coordinates the Global Labor Institute Paris. GLI’s goal is to strengthen trade unions, share labor successes and help rebuild international trade unionism.
Organising vulnerable workers
From MC DONALD’S restaurants to CASTEL's sugar cane plantations; from gig-workers, housekeepers and janitors to security guards; ReAct Transnational helps labor experiment with empowering the most vulnerable, exploring a variety ways workers can organize to win better wages and working conditions.
Building Transnational Alliances
ReAct Transnational facilitates transnational alliances in support of local unions, with and allies and partners worldwide. We have organized and worked with unions in many countries and sectors: agriculture, call centers and microelectronics, gig economy delivery workers, transport and fast food workers.
Building an eco-union movement
There is a ecology crisis that demands action. ReAct Transnational builds and strengthens “eco-unions” in and around agribusiness to protect residents, workers and consumers, and protect biodiversity worldwide.
The struggle of the landless
ReAct Transnational works to restore stolen land theft stop pollution at the SOCFIN-BOLLORE plantations by organizing and coordinating the resistance of villages in several countries, all hurt by industrial agriculture in palm oil and rubber.
African health under pressure
ReAct Transnational organizes working families near the SOMDIAA Group's sugarcane plantations, who are fighting pollution of their land and water, and its impact on family health.
For pesticide-free orchards
ReAct Transnational organizers help the residents of the industrial apple orchards of VERGERS DU SUD organizing to outlaw the pesticides that poison their water and families.
